For a calming effect, dilute 1 to 2 drops of essential Roman chamomile oil in a spoonful of honey or on a neutral tablet, to be taken twice a day. It can also be used in diffusion to appease the atmosphere or local application, diluted in vegetable oil, to relieve muscle tension.
Keep essential oil in a cool, dry place, away from light. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In the event of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
