Preserve your joint comfort with joint herbal teas


Areas of junction between two or more bones, joints are pressed daily. Care should be taken to move freely and comfortably throughout the day. The use of herbal tea can be of great help. Joint teas are particularly recommended if you are subject to joint stiffness. They are also indicated if your joints are regularly subjected to intense stress. For satisfactory results, joint teas take 4 to 5 times a day between meals. Let the tea infuse 4 to 5 minutes in boiling water at 90° before consuming it.
