Romarin

Rosemary or Rosmarinus officinalis is a shrub native to the Mediterranean and growing wild in France. From a height of 50 cm to 1 m, it always has a green colour and has a very characteristic aroma. It is also very popular in the kitchen to perfume certain preparations. It has a large and persistent foliage composed of whole, linear and sessile leaves. Rosemary leaves have a green and sad colour on top and a white colour below. Its flowers are grouped into small clusters and are whitish or pale blue. Flowering takes place throughout the year.
