Support your respiratory system with breathing herbal teas
Today, many external factors, including pollution, are straining our respiratory system. To ensure breathing comfort at all times, the use of breathing teas can be beneficial. You can eat 2 to 3 herbal teas a day, in the morning at dawn and after meals. Let your tea infuse for 3 to 4 minutes and drink it immediately. If you have a fragile palate, you can wait until it is warmer or even colder. You can also sweeten your herbal tea with honey if the taste is too pronounced for you. For optimal effectiveness, smoking is not recommended during treatment.
