Cold infusions are, as their name indicates, prepared with cold water or at room temperature. The preparation is carried out on the same principle as hot infusion. The only difference is in the pause time. For a tasty cold infusion, let your preparation infuse ideally for 2 or 3 hours, filter and place in the cool. More and more popular, cold infusions allow a better return of the flavors of your favorite herbal teas. Do not hesitate to decorate your cold infusions with fresh fruit pieces and aromatic herbs.
