Bruyère
Heather is a perennial plant belonging to the Ericaceae family. It is commonly found in moors, peatlands, meadows and mountains in temperate regions of the northern hemisphere. It is characterized by its thick and persistent leaves and its flowers of different colors, depending on the species, ranging from red, pink, purple to white.
The heather is known for its ability to withstand drought and grow in acidic and poor soils, making it an excellent plant for dry and rocky gardens.
