Mode d'emploi

Put a small amount of balm in the palm of your hand and massage to make it very fluid.Rub on 3 places: the chest, the throat and under the nose, preferably in the evening before going to bed so that the body heat increases the effect of the essential oils and releases the active molecules more easily
