Description
Thyme is a plant that is far from being foreign to us. Indeed, it grows from our land, especially in the southern regions of France. It is also called the serpolet when it is the most commonly used species, the thymus serpyllum, and generally its use is culinary, since it is an excellent condiment to perfume dishes. It is appreciated especially in Mediterranean cuisine, as well as for the preparation of traditional dishes or various meats. But it is also a plant with a compound, thymol, endowed with many virtues.
Thyme essential oil is one of the most interesting to use on a daily basis, so it is necessary to have a bottle with its equipment'aromatherapy. It is precisely this famous thymol that gives him all his qualities. The plant is perennial and has an inflorescence in its upper part. It is about ten centimetres tall and blooms from June to September. The small blue flowers are well representative of the thyme. It is a plant with persistent foliage, and is also rustic, as it resists up to 20°C.
The serpole thyme has many qualities, which make it an essential oil absolutely necessary. The latter's applications are very numerous, hence the importance of having at least one vial to manage a number of small daily ailments.
Instructions for use Take 2 to 3 drops a day on a neutral medium or food. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age and pregnant and nursing women. Avoid contact with eyes. It is a flammable product.
