Galega, also called goat grass, was used in the Middle Ages to increase milk production in animals. In the 18th century, it was recommended for its poison control properties and for treating lung diseases.

Infuse 1 to 2 grams of dried plant in 250 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drink one cup twice a day.
