Little Chinese anecdote about black tea: during an export of green tea cases to England in the 17th century, the shipment of green tea would have suffered some damage. Then the tea would have partially molded, so it is the birth of the tea called black by the Western, unlike the Chinese name red, favoring the red color of the infusion.
