Casanova - Black tea & green tea - Bag 100 grams

Little Chinese anecdote about black tea: during an export of green tea cases to England in the 17th century, the shipment of green tea would have suffered some damage. Then the tea would have partially molded, so it is the birth of the tea called black by the Western, unlike the Chinese name red, favoring the red color of the infusion.

As for green tea, it is the only tea that is not oxidized. The leaves can be spread on large bamboo claia on which they will rest one to two hours before being ventilated and heated, or they can be heated directly!
