For internal use, nigella oil requires a little preparation, since it must be mixed with olive oil or hazelnut oil in a proportion between 25 and 50%.
For one external use, you can make a mix of vegetable oils at 50/50. Apply it to the skin or hair to enjoy all its benefits.
