Yellow Pellet

From temperate Europe, the yellow melilot is a biannual herbaceous rustic plant of the Fabaceae family. Easy to recognize even in the wild, the plant forms a bushy tuft and wide from 40 to 60 cm and high from 45 cm to more than 1 m. Like alfalfa or even clover, its leaves are trifoliated and persistent in winter. This resemblance earned him the nickname of a small yellow clover. The flowering of this plant takes place between the end of the spring period until autumn. Mellifera, these flowers are worn by erect ears and emit a pleasant smell of vanilla when they dry. Less demanding, the yellow flounder grows on all types of soils, provided they are drained.
